Terms of Use

Scope. These terms govern our work: the web tools we publish or supply, our methods and frameworks with their structure and terminology, documents and presentations, workshop material, texts and graphics. For consulting services our AGB apply. Where an individual agreement exists, it prevails.

Permitted use. You may use our work for your own purposes, including commercially, and use the results in your own documents and presentations.

Not permitted. Passing the tools on to third parties, publishing them, renting or reselling them. Reworking our material — in whole, in part, or slightly altered — into a separate or competing offering, including internal consulting products or training programs offered beyond your own organization. Removing or obscuring authorship and copyright notices. Using our name, marks or visual identity to suggest endorsement or co-authorship.

Rights. The methods, the wording, the visual design and the software are the work of dsc Strategy Consulting and remain our property. These terms grant permission to use — nothing more.

No advice, no warranty. The tools compute and display on the basis of the data you enter. They do not give advice and they do not make decisions. No warranty is given as to correctness, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose. Decisions and their consequences remain with the user.

Liability. Liability for slight negligence is excluded, except for injury to life, body or health and for the breach of essential contractual obligations. Otherwise our AGB apply.

Confidentiality. We treat client information as confidential and expect the same for material we mark confidential. Client names are used as references only with permission.

Data. The tools run entirely in your browser. What you enter is stored locally on your device so that your work survives closing the page; it is not transmitted to us or to anyone else. Our hosting provider (Firebase Hosting, Google Ireland Limited) records standard server logs including IP addresses. No analytics, tracking or advertising services are used. Availability. The tools are provided as they are, without any claim to permanent availability, freedom from error, or the continuation of individual functions.

Governing law. German law applies.
